The easiest way is to make an order online

What are the payment options?

The payment options are:

  • Using Paypal to pay by Visa Card or Mastercard
  • Cheque or direct transfer to our bank account (only in Australia)

How do I order online?

Click on the products on the left hand menu, select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your basket. When you have finished selecting items, click on the "checkout" button.

Step 1 - enter in your email address or your *customer code if you are an existing client, then click on the "proceed" button

Step 2 - enter your country and select from the payment options. Payments options are: "Pay by PayPal" "Pay with a credit card using PayPal", click on the "proceed" button.

Step 3 - Postage, if there is more than one option, you may select it here, click on the "proceed" button.

Step 4 - The details of items you are purchasing will be displayed. Enter in your billing information. Select whether you would like to join the mailing list. Read the terms and conditions and accept them and click on the "Make the order" button.

If you selected to pay by PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal's secure screens to enter in your details for paying. Once you have completed the PayPal details you will be returned to our site.

If you selected to pay by cheque or direct debit, please check your email. You should have an email from us, it details our bank account number for direct debit and our address and details for sending us a cheque. NOTE: cheques can only be accepted when made out to JJ Medcalf.

We will send your order once we have received your payment, and the order is in stock.

How do I order by email?

Make sure you include as many details as possible for your order. For example, the brand, style, quantity and colour. Please make sure that you also include your contact details and where you would like the order sent to.

You may even use the online shop to enter in your details, just print out the details and send to us.

Note we are in the same time zone as Singapore and Hong Kong, we are 2 - 3 hours behind Sydney depending on day-light saving. * CUSTOMER CODE. Your customer code must be logged in accurately, just like a web address, one little error and it will not work. You can change your code to be easy to remember, or contact us and we can do it for you.
