How can I make an order?

The easiest way is to make an order online, other options are by mail, email, fax or you may phone us.  See below for more details on each option.

What are the payment options?

The payment options are:

  • Using Paypal to pay by Visa Card or Mastercard
  • Cheque or direct transfer to our bank account (only in Australia)
How do I order online?

Click on the products on the left hand menu, select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your basket.  When you have finished selecting items, click on the "checkout" button.

Step 1 - enter in your email address or your customer code if you are an existing client, then click on the "proceed" button

Step 2 - enter your country and select from the payment options.  Payments options are: "Pay by cheque or direct debit" or  "Pay with a credit card using PayPal", click on the "proceed" button.

Step 3 - Postage, if there is more than one option, you may select it here, click on the "proceed" button.

Step 4 - The details of items you are purchasing will be displayed.  Enter in your billing information.  Select whether you would like to join the mailing list.  Read the terms and conditions and accept them and click on the "Make the order" button.

If you selected to pay by PayPal, you will be taken to the PayPal's secure screens to enter in your details for paying.  Once you have completed the PayPal details you will be returned to our site.

If you selected to pay by cheque or direct debit, please check your email.  You should have an email from us, it details our bank account number for direct debit and our address and details for sending us a cheque. NOTE: cheques can only be accepted when made out to JJ Medcalf.

We will send your order once we have received your payment, and the order is in stock.  We will only send your order once we have all your products in your order.

Make sure you include as many details as possible for your order.  For example, the brand, style, quantity and colour.  Please make sure that you also include your contact details and where you would like the order sent to.

How do I order by phone?

Phone us on +61 8 9315 3070 and we will be pleased to take your order.  Note we are in the same time zone as Singapore and Hong Kong, we are 2 - 3 hours behind Sydney depending on day-light saving.

How do I order by fax?

Fax us on +61 8 9315 3070, make sure you include as many details as possible for your order.  For example, the brand, style, quantity and colour.  Please make sure that you also include your contact details and where you would like the order sent to. You may even use the online shop to enter in your details, just print out the details and fax to us.

General Order Information
  • All prices are in Australian dollars
  • Cheques can only be accepted when made out to JJ Medcalf
  • We will notify you if items ordered are backordered and an expected date of shipment if known.  Items will be sent as soon as available.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel an order prior to shipment if the order is no longer desired.
  • Orders will not be shipped until the order is complete and paid for.  You may authorise partial delivery by leaving a comment in the "Comments/Additional Information" box.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Can I return my order?
  • Returns are only accepted 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only
  • Only yarns is returnable, patterns etc are not returnable
  • Returns must be received in a resellable condition
  • Return shipping/postage costs will be at your expense
